It’s unusual for me to post on a Saturday but i quickly wanted to tell you about what happened in Leeds when myself and Dax Moy locked a room-full of both PT’S and Bootcamp owners in a hotel on Friday!

    Oh! bugger! listening to your info and it froze right before the info I needed to hear! Like watching a thriller and not getting to know ‘who dunnit’. I love your style, you are the kinda person – what you see is what you get and I am me – as well as being available to every style of person that comes into your bootcamp. Your inspiration has stirred me to set up a fat loss bootcamp after continuing to work at health clubs that don’t kinda giva shit about the group fitness studio – idiots – such big member retention. However, thanks for your inspiration and as I didn’t get to hear details on the stuff you are doing in London, could you please send me some info. Look forward to hearing from you. Lisa P.
